How to load gene and relation properties

how can I load my network with my properties for genes and proteins and their relations together with attributes that are shown from your database?

Hi Jeff,

currently the only way to do this is through the integration with database. So you first integrate your table file using Users Data Upload Page (http://flu.sdsc.edu/integration.jsp) and then visualize the network, you will find your properties in the Node Properties Panel.

In the next version of BioNets we will add loading attribute files locally.
