How to change node shapes
  • Mike June 2011
    Hi,

I have a question on changing node shapes. I have a file with interaction pairs:

    Small_Molecule1 Protein1
    Small_Molecule2 Protein2
    etc

How can I specify different shapes to different object types?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

use right click of the mouse->choose Select Nodes by Type->
we have protein, small molecule, drug and other types. By default
protein has oval shape and small molecule and drug - diamonds.
Choose the one you need, in the Property Panel click "Visual Properties" (at the top of the Property Panel) to edit visual properties of the set of chosen nodes. There you can specify node shapes, colors and other visual properties of chosen nodes.

    Hope this helps.
